I am a tribalizing woman suspended in time and space. A human bean with dual citizenship online and off. I wake up every morning with the goal to keep slowly turning it up, like a dimmer switch, whenever I can, to shine, constantly and steadily – like a warm lamp in the corner.
During team projects, I see my true job as being bright and constant in a world of dark and flux, saving me the anxiety of other, ultimately less satisfying things like ‘being cool’, ‘being more successful than everyone else’ and ‘having designer shoes’.
I meditate and ruminate. I believe channeling laughter and wonder is my most precious intrapersonal skill. I look forward to knowing you, so I can try out my newest knock-knock joke.
I am a coffee addict (who isn’t?), I have a cat named Umpkin, I was born in Vail, CO, and now live in The Reach, north of King’s Landing, I learned to play guitar when I was 10, I designed my first website in 1998, I love hiking and yoga, my favorite food is grown myself, and I have never broken a bone.
I’ve recently had the pleasure to work with amazingly talented people at Obox Themes, building the first and friendliest open source WordPress Customizer Theme frameworks.
I’m interested in building rad things that are a delight to use and look at.
